The taste of Shabbat – Parshat Korach 5776

Our parsha reads like a newspaper article – leadership crises, arguments, bad feelings, things we recognize from today. What is the eternal message of the story ?
Our Rabbis teach us in Pirkei Avot:
Any dispute which is for the sake of Heaven will ultimately endure, and any not for the sake of heaven will not endure What is a dispute for the sake of Heaven? This is a debate between Hillel and Shammai. What is a dispute not for the sake of Heaven? This is the dispute of Korach and his assembly.[1]
The Tosfot Yom Tov notes the asymmetry . the argument for the sake of heaven is between two sides, Hillel and Shamai, whereas the argument not for the sake of heaven has only one side – Korach and his assembly, what about Moshe& Aharon?
